Kalman, President & CEO
Steve joined AIS in 2004 with an extensive 25 year track record
and reputation of leading and growing companies from early or mid-market
stage to significant international enterprises. Steve brings substantial
marketing, strategic planning and business skills to his tenure
at AIS. Throughout his career he has sought to bring or leverage
technology to solve real customer needs in the commercial, governmental,
and military markets while creating sustainable profit streams for
shareholders. Steve successfully served as CEO of such companies
as UltraDNS, Inc; Softbank Content Services, Inc.; and InterpriseNow!.
In addition, he served in executive and general management roles
at Phoenix Technologies Ltd and ITT Information Systems. Steve has
served as a director on 11 boards.
Bradley Townsend- Executive Vice President & CFO
Brad has twenty years of professional experience in publicly and privately held firms in a variety of strategic finance and accounting roles of increasing responsibility with sixteen years in management. Brad has successfully served in senior finance and accounting roles with SafeNet, VectorSGI, McAfee, and Delta Airlines. He has considerable experience related to Department of Defense and federal agencies with extensive experience guiding the M&A process for large and small organizations as both buyer and seller. He has successfully managed GAAP, SOX compliance and corporate finance functions on a global basis, and has led efforts in structuring G&A that support both organic and acquisition expansion for fast growth companies. Brad holds a BBA in Corporate Finance from the University of Georgia and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Emory University.
Ron Enneking - Executive Vice President and General Manager, Simulation Training Products Division
Ron’s responsibilities include business development, sales,
operations, marketing, program and product development for the PRISim Suite™, QuickRange® and Weapons systems (for simulation training applications) product
lines. He previously served as the Vice President of the Government
Training Division, and had overall responsibility for the organization
that successfully delivered the TSA Baggage Screener Training Program.
Prior to joining the AIS™ team, Mr. Enneking held various Vice President
and Director level positions with iLogistix, Softbank Content Services,
Courier Corporation, and Batesville Casket Company. He managed the
establishment and operation of a global network of 12 logistics
operation centers serving major PC OEM customers (ex. IBM, HP, Dell,
and Compaq). In addition, Mr. Enneking's experience includes leading
several international merger and acquisitions, and the design, development
and implementation of an enterprise materials management system.
Mr. Enneking is a Certified Public Accountant, earned a BA in Accounting
from Indiana University, and an MBA from Xavier University.
Keith Taylor, Managing Director, AIS Ltd., BSc, CEng, MICE
Keith provides over 20 years experience in engineering and managing
large scale training facilities and multi-range complexes throughout
the world, including Close Quarter Battle (CQB) buildings, indoor
and outdoor ranges. He is responsible for developing the Facilities
Design and Maintenance business world wide (AIS Ltd is a subsidiary
to AIS Inc). The division has offices in the U.S., England, Singapore,
Malaysia and Abu Dhabi. Having undertaken senior management postings
in both the Middle East and in SE Asia, he provides significant
international perspective and experience. Keith's background includes
engineering design, project management, site planning and contract
coordination. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer.
